New York State Important Dates to Remember
The information contained within these documents is intended for Cornell Cooperative Extension Food and Nutrition Education in Communities staff conducting activities within their communities.

November
- Fall Update Conference/Training for professional staff - Cornell University
- Provide the year estimates of staff hours, paraprofessional and professional, to the ERS4/CRS5 data entry staff person for entry into the Reporting System.
December
- Review EFNEP and FSNE Reporting System reports (ERS4/CRS5) for accuracy prior to report submission to campus for review (due 1/10)
- EFNEP Annual Report and Budget Justification (due 12/15)
January
- Ensure EFNEP and FSNE Reporting System data (ERS4/CRS5) are submitted to campus (due 1/10)
- Ensure correction are made after receiving feedback from campus
- Complete the FSNE Quarterly Report for submission (due 1/31)
Spring Updated Conference/Training for professional staff - various locations across state (Feb, Mar, April, May or June)
February
March
- Review EFNEP and FSNE Reporting System reports (ERS4/CRS5) for accuracy prior to report submission to campus for review (due 4/10)
April

- FSNE Plan Guidance Meeting
- Work on FSNE Plan for coming program year
