Leafy Greens Special Event for FMNP The FMNP is providing you with written material on our website for you to run your own special event. Greens are usually available for most of the market season so this campaign can be run at whatever time is best for you. We have provided 6 facts sheets about common and not so common leafy greens which include:
Each sheet has a picture of the vegetable, a description, nutrition information, storage, and cooking suggestions. The materials are meant to be printed in color if you have that capability. If you can not make color copies, we recommend making one color copy to keep at your table that is laminated and giving out black and white copies for customers to take home. Also, check out the delicious recipes for low-fat dressings!
